This illustration was created for a story that appeared on the on-line magazine Jim Baen's UNIVERSE. [link]
The short story is about a change in time that causes the Scottish troops to win a battle over the Brittish at Culloden.
The challange here was that as I was finishing the piece my computer crashed, scrambling my file. I was never able to get back the image back and had to start all over again. It was a joy...not!
