I find only one flaw, the sword.
First off, the hilt looks bent in Conan's hands. They look like they are at an angle to one another instead of stacked. Also, the foreshortening of the blade makes the lines looked twisted in an Escher-esque fashion, so depending on how I look at it, the sword seems pointed toward me or away from me. An optical illusion that has always made me nauseous.
The rest is well done and well conceived, so I rather like it. The tension of Conan's muscles communicates the "I'm going to kill you, NOW" expression of his face. Really quite good for your first attempt at this hybridization of styles and techniques. Keep up the good work.
